Hot Sellers Market

One of the advantages of being a Real Estate agent is that anytime I meet people or am at a party, everyone is always curious how the market is and what their house may be worth.  Any agent will always say NOW is the time to sell, however this statement has not been more true, then it is now.  Carmel Valley last year saw very few properties sell over $2 million, this year has seen more $2 million and above properties sell.  Pebble Beach, remains very active in the $2 million and under category, while Pacific Grove and Monterey continue to be on fire.  We all know why the Monterey Peninsula is one of the best areas to live, but it seems like the rest of the world is starting to figure it out too.

Charitable Giving

Each year the company and agents donate thousands of dollars to hundreds of local and national charities. It was once said, "the most selfish thing you can do is help someone else, because the joy and satisfaction you get from that help is true happiness." We are lucky that the Peninsula is a small community, because everyday we get to see the positive affect we ...
